The ‘traditional’ Japanese skill is our speciality as it’s developed for several generations by our craftsmen. I encourange my craftsmen to take full responsibility for the entire production as I believe in creating an environment in which craftsmen can concentrate on their duties. I understand the characteristics of Vietnamese are gentle and serious; however I ask them to understand the level and standard of Japan and other part of the world standard manufactures as well.
In addition, we are committed to maximizing the capacity of the plant, ranging from managing the progress of the design and made-to-order manufacturing line, to the management of new products samples. Our first priority is to ensure safety.

私は製造全体に責任を持ち、社員が自分の職務に専念できる環境を作れるように心がけています。優しくて真面目なベトナム人の国民性を理解した上で、製造者として日本をはじめとする世界の標準、基準を理解してもらっています。また、製造ラインの設計や受注管理、サンプルや新規商品の開発管理に至るまで、安全を最優先に確保した上で工場の能力を最大限発揮できるマネジメントを行うように努めています。

My design element is to complement the characteristics of wood to produce a beautiful form using ‘traditional’ Japanese skills. In addition, our design also efficiently prevents waste of materials and components. By doing this, I’m thinking to minimize the cost and distribution to a reasonable price.
The originality of the design coexists with tradition making our design well loved for a long time.
